QuikApply Privacy Policy
Intrepid Analytica, LLC controls QuikApply account, dashboard, extension, support, and connected-account data. QuikApply is local-first by design, with backend processing limited to account access, security, optional sync, support, resume extraction, and user-requested AI workflows.
Data We Handle
- Account identity, sign-in method metadata, verification event metadata, and session-security records.
- Local profile, resume, application, dashboard, and extension data stored on the user's device by default.
- Optional Enhanced Email Mode mailbox data after affirmative setup consent, including mailbox metadata and job-lane message bodies only when body-capable provider permission is present.
- Resume extraction, AI drafting, support, billing, and diagnostic payloads only when the user invokes those features.
Connected Accounts
- Google and Microsoft sign-in use identity scopes only and stay separate from Gmail or Outlook mailbox OAuth.
- Enhanced Email Mode is the only mailbox connection mode, but authorization is blocked until the user gives explicit setup consent.
- Primary Job Inbox messages may use body text to display the email, match it to an application, and suggest application-status updates when consent and body-capable provider permission are both present.
- Metadata Review Inbox messages remain metadata-only unless the user marks them as job-related.
- Current local provider defaults request body-capable Gmail and Microsoft mailbox scopes; real provider-console verification, admin consent, and production OAuth app review remain external deployment steps.
- Attachments are excluded from mailbox processing.
- Google API data is used only to provide or improve user-facing QuikApply features and is not used for advertising or sold.
Choices and Retention
- Users can disconnect sign-in methods and mailbox connectors from the dashboard.
- If a user marks a Primary Job Inbox message as not job-related, QuikApply removes local application-email links for that message, purges any cached body, and records a minimized correction signal.
- Local profile, resume, application, and mailbox cache data remain on the device until the user deletes or replaces it.
- Security logs, account records, support records, and operational records are retained only as needed for security, compliance, and service operation.
